Applicants must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a tuition-travel assistance.

• Provide fundraiser, donation, and sponsorship opportunities with the goal of reducing or eliminating out of pocket expenses for upcoming seasons and ultimately ensuring that financial limitations do not exclude young men and women from competitive baseball/softball.
• Provide financial assistance for those who cannot afford to play youth baseball or softball at a competitive level, extending these opportunities to communities that are underrepresented in youth baseball and softball. 

Applicants must meet the following eligibility to be considered for tuition-travel assistance.

• Player(s) must be actively involved with the Prospects Athletics program and listed on a team roster.
• A letter requesting tuition-travel assistance must be addressed to the Prospects Athletics Scholarship Foundation
• Volunteering your time is highly encouraged, but not a requirement.
